Moosehead Engineering is run by two engineers in our spare time. Our full time jobs often dictate when we are able to produce and ship our parts. Standard lead time for all orders is 1-2 weeks. Many of these items are made to order or must be ordered in small batches so lead times may be longer. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us before ordering so that we can ensure that your parts are available and will ship quickly.

We only accept returns on defective parts. Contact Paul Exchanges will be considered on a per-case basis. We understand that sometimes plans change. In some circumstances, we may be able to assist you in finding a buyer for any of your Moosehead Engineering parts.

We ask customers to always inspect parcels carefully upon receipt. We package parcels to minimize damage, however shipping damage out of our control may occur. If damage is discovered, the damaged item will be replaced. Please follow these steps if you receive a damaged item. First, notify the delivery person at the time of delivery, if possible. Secondly, do not discard the parcel box, packing material, or broken item. Thirdly, contact us for item replacement. We will file a damage claim with the parcel carrier at that time. We are not responsible for a damaged item after 2 weeks from date of receipt.

We make mistakes like anyone else, so if we have neglected to include something in your order, if something does not fit or work properly, or if you are unhappy with the quality of your product, please let us know immediately and we will do whatever we can to rectify the situation.
